Yoga Ganesha

Yoga Ganesha is a concept that has been in my head for a very long time. It focuses on different styles of yoga and the overall approach to life. My studio is designed to “fit” only a limited number of people without any crowding. During classes, we use various aids, from yoga mats to straps to bolsters. Of course, everything is available on the premises. People who practice yoga are different, so I approach each one individually. I understand that someone can only practice basic asanas (yoga positions) and, conversely, someone is already trying to do a headstand. I want everyone to find a place in my studio! My long-term dream is to create a community that looks forward to each other and spends some time in class together. Everyone is welcome. Yoga Ganesha is a non-judgmental space where we are meant to support each other.

You will always be in a good mood, a cup of tea or coffee, water with lemon and sometimes even a smoothie bowl or something to eat. I would be happy if it wasn't just about "working out" and going home. Let everyone find their own thing with me 🙂

Let yogi Kika guide you

I have always loved sports as such. I’ve probably done everything from boxing to triathlon to strength training or Zumba. I enjoyed it, but after a while I wanted to try something else again. But when I discovered yoga it was quite different… I knew it would be forever. Classic yoga classes stopped being enough for me at a certain point and I knew I had to start educating myself to satisfy my desire to improve. And so here I am 🙂 I’m a certified yoga teacher and I’m constantly working on further improvement so that I can further my learning and experience 🙂

"Yoga brings you to the present moment, the only place where life truly exists."
